......since I last blogged and I do apologize. But since the last time we talked I GOT MARRIED!!! I am officially Mrs. Tiffany Ganne. It is so weird and the whole experience was amazing. I took a lot of deep breaths and stopped to absorb as much as I could on the actual big day. I have some great memories, friends, and family!!! And due to a not so popular (in my eyes) comment by the deacon at our actual ceremony, I have now had a lot of people are coming to me with job opportunities and ideas. So all in all it turned out to be a blessing in disguise that he would actually mention my loser status at my wedding. :-) But the pictures are slowing trickling in and they are great and funny. It appears that everyone had a great time. There were a few select people (that after seeing thier actions) I do wish I could have not invited, KATIE, but other than that not a single complaint from me. The food was bomb, the cake was fabulous and the caterer's staff did a great job setting up and running the whole show.
We went to Las Vegas for the honeymoon, thanks to the unsanitary Mexican's in Mexico, and ended up having a fabulous time. We ate, drank, and gambled a lot, typical vegas activities. But I did win us almost $300 to bring home, and chris contributed about $25 to that. So that was awesome. We saw the Cirque De Soule show Zumanity, it was a great show, however I don't think that I would spend the money to see it again. It was definately a show that is a great one-time-deal. Then after all that it was time to take the short flight home, but that was no easy task. As we taxied out on the runway and then proceeded to sit there for a good 10 minutes, the pilot came on the intercom and said that the engine would not start and that we were going back to the terminal to unload and reload on a new plane. And just a short 3 hours later that is just what we did. I never thought I would ever be so excited to actually come back to the lovely town of Fresno from a super fun town of Las Vegas. But I was!!
Once we actually got some normal sleep then it was time to bust open all the bags, boxes and cards we had scattered throughout our ENTIRE house from the wedding. It took a little more than 2 hours, but we got some great stuff!!! I am slowly using all the stuff we got, but it is going to definately take some time since I really only cook about 4-5 times a week and clean about once every 10 days :-) And now the daunting task of writing thank you notes to over 110 addresses should be fun. I have already started but think i am getting carpal tunnel already. But i am super excited to send them out cause they will be delivered with a special treat inside.....you'll just have to wait and see!!!
But now that the festivities are over, its now time to completely change my WHOLE life. It is so weird filling out forms with Ganne as my last name. We just got the official marriage certificate from the county yesterday so now its time to stand in long boring lines to become a true Ganne. I called my mom this morning to get hers and my dad's SSN so that i could request a change of name on mine and she started to sniffle on the phone. Holy Cow, it is for real.......
Ok so now that i have done a super fast catch up of my new married life, i promise to do this more often.....

Fabulous Weekend
Well what can I say, this weekend came and went like a flash. I had an amazing time at my first bridal shower. People are so loving and generous. I got so much cool stuff for our house and can't wait to be able to use it all at some point. All the linens and plates/bowls have been washed. It is all ready to go. Since the shower we haven't been around the house much for me to be able to use a lot of it. However, I did enjoy a nice bowl of Special K in a new cereal bowl this morning and they work great. :-) For all of those who came to the event it was so much appreciated. It was so good to see my dear friends Nicole and Kelsey, whom drove a really long way for me. It meant a lot cause I know how sucky driving can be. But having them there was great. Thanks girls!!
Now the next step is the bachlorette party. I am super excited about that too cause it is just going to be lots of friends, drinks, and laughs. Britt, Ash, and my aunt are putting their heads together and it makes me a little nervous. :-) BUT i know that it will be action packed and fun filled with all those creative and fun braincells getting together.
But for now, i am once again looking forward to another weekend. This coming friday i am going to Sephora to get my trial run done on my face for the make-up for the big day at 2:00pm. I am really excited about that tooo. Then at 4:00pm i am going to the church to officially meet with the wedding coordinator to map out the proceedings for the big event!!! Yeah for progress. It feels so weird because it is finally coming together. I feel like the pieces of the puzzle are finally falling into place. Then on saturday at 3:00pm Chris and I are going back to the church to pick out, listen to, and finalize all the music for the ceremony. That should be nice because it will put some personalization to the ceremony for Chris and I.
So for now that is about all i have, just lots of progress updates and excitement from me. I am getting more and more excited each day cause it is finally less than 6 weeks away. I am almost ready to be Mrs. Ganne and get back to my normal (not so chaotic) life.
Here's to another productive week for me........

It's starting to sink in now....
Well Chris and I officially finished out marriage prep class with the church and stuff. I feel like it is all going to be here so quick. According to the church, we are now prepared to walk down the aisle. :-) We were given a lot of great information and tools to success. I think that we are going to have a good solid base to start our lives on. But I am not going to lie, the nerves are starting get me. I get excited one minute, and then the next I get nervous thinking about all the things that I just want to go right so that the day is amazing.
And on an even better note, our dumb roommate has officially packed up half his stuff and started to get the hell out of our space. I am thrilled about that, Chris and I are finally going to get to be a couple and not have to worry about what we say or how we act underneath our own roof. We are finally going to have a HOME for us to live in and start our lives. We bought the most awesome bedroom set for an early wedding present to ourselves. I can't wait for it to get here (this weekend) because it is going to give us sooooooo much storage for all our (ok, maybe my) stuff. We aren't going to have to shove stuff in corners and let things just pile up everywhere because they don't have a real home. As soon as that comes in and we get that put together we will get to move back into our master bedroom. Which also means, we are finally going to have a guest bedroom for all our wonderful friends who want to come over here and drink cocktails and not have to worry about driving home. That will be nice. And the best part about our dumb roommate moving out is that I will no longer have to clean up after his stinky, dirty, disrespectful ass. I am so tired of putting his dishes away and cleaning his bathroom just so that the house is presentable when someone decides to come over and visit.
Well that's about all I have for today, just waiting for my dear friend to call and tell me to rush to the hospital to see my nephew Colin :-) I guess I am going to go lay down and watch some TV now, so I hope that I will have something fun to talk about again soon.

Getting prepared......
Well i am going to keep this one short and sweet.......chris and i sat down tonight and started discussing some pretty in-depth topics preparing for our marriage retreat we are going to be attending ALL day on saturday. It is going to be at the church we are going to be getting married at and i am pretty excited now. I think we are going to be a much more knowledgeable and we rounded couple come sunday. I am going to go into with a completely open mind and plan to take a ton of information away from it. I have got my little binder together with tons of paper to take notes in and plan to take lots of pink and black pens with me to ensure that i don't miss one single tid bit of information. :-) So come saturday at 8:00am everyone cross your fingers for me and maybe sunday i will be teaching someone close to me the wonderful information i am going to absorb. And on that note, i am now going to watch American Idol group night!!
Time is ticking away......
Well it is official.....the clock is ticking down so quickly as I fast approach my wedding day. I have finally been able to complete all the little creative projects i created for myself. I am so happy with how everything has turned out and can't wait to be able to share all of them with everyone in my life. I chose to take a tremendous amount of time, effort, and thought to make my wedding day as personal as i possibly could, without completely killing myself. If it has paper on it, in it, or around it I made it. I figured this way if something wasn't exactly the way i had imagined i would have no one to blame but myself. :-)
As for the most important parts that all the guests are going to be concerned about are done as well. We are going to have a fabulous caterer (from my graduation party for those of you who were able to enjoy the food then), the cake is going to be delightful (white w/ strawberry and chocolate w/ toffee and chocolate mousse), and i have decided to create a fun candy bar for you all to be able to take home some of our favorite candies. I saw that in some bridal magazines and fell in love with the idea. So we will see how it all comes out.
Before i know it i am going to be meeting my mom at the post office to send out all the bridal shower and wedding invitations. We only have 87 days left until the big day. It is finally starting to sink in that i am going to be a married woman soon. I have days where i am so excited, then i have some where i am completely nervous, then days where i am scared, then days where i am just content. It is a weird cycle of emotions that i am experiencing, but i know that as time gets closer i am going to mellow out and be just fine. I will begin to completely surround myself with friends, family, and loved ones so that i can keep myself sane.
When i am excited and sharing all of that with those around me, i can only hope that all those that are going to be part of my big day are just as happy for me and they are to be part of it. I want everyone to look back on my special day and have great, fun, and everlasting memories just as Chris and I will.
SO the countdown is continuing and if i start to freak out please just remind me that it is only one day of the rest of my life and that i am crazy. :-) I love you all and can't wait to keep you all posted on the upcoming events and landmark moments.
